Common Questions

How does the quoting process work?

It's simple: send us photos of your junk or debris via our quote form. We'll review the volume and type of material and send you a transparent estimate within 24 hours. No hidden fees, just straightforward pricing.

+

What materials do you take or not take?

We handle yard debris, construction waste, estate cleanouts, large appliances, furniture and more listed above or on our services page. We do NOT take partly burnt wood or hazardous materials like chemicals, wet paint, or medical waste. If you're unsure, just ask in your quote request.

+

Do you donate?

Yes, we do donate to Goodwill and people in need. Once we remove your junk, it is considered our property, and we either dispose of it or donate it depending on if it's salvageable.

+

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the volume of how much space it takes in our truck, and the type of material. Heavy debris like concrete or dirt is priced differently than loose yard waste. Our quotes reflect total cost including labor and disposal.
